How does it work exactly?
- Job seekers can freely enter their CVs in the CV-BANK database.
- Companies or employers can search the database for free to find the most interesting CVs.
- In order to protect the candidate’s confidentiality, the personal data entered in CV-BANK (surname, first name, email address, telephone number) are not visible to those who query the database.
- Once the employer or company has identified the most interesting CVs, it can send a contact request that will be immediately forwarded to the candidate.
- The job seeker, if interested, can decide whether to respond to the company/employer or ignore it and remain anonymous.
